How do I create a maintenance plan?

Open the app, add a new home and fill in the basic details. Koto generates a plan based on your home's information.

Can I add multiple homes?

Yes. From the profile screen you can add more homes and switch the active one by tapping it.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password". You'll get an email with a link to set a new password. Open the link on the device where Koto is installed.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. On the profile screen, tap the trash icon in the top right corner of the account card to permanently delete your account and all data.

What are maintenance recommendations based on?

Recommendations are based on Motiva Oy's publication "Pientalon huoltokirja" (2024), Finnish RT building cards, and other official sources.
